Mechanics of operational management workshop The purpose of this course is to prepare local supervisors to successfully perform required management tasks on a disaster operation. This course includes a exercise to give participants an opportunity to become familiar and practice with the operational planning tool (215), work in a DR Teams site and how to use and create an IAP.
